Cleverly injured and out of CopperBox Show
Re: Cleverly injured and out of CopperBox Show
He has to go on BT Sport to make boxing huge in the UK it will make Matchroom force the big fights to happen in the UK and likewise for allegedly.
Re: Cleverly injured and out of CopperBox Show
Think people are underestimating the BT effect. 2 million subscribers since August and there will be more to come with Champions League and Premiership TV Rights, plus Rugby and various other sports. Wouldn't be surprised if they went for the cricket rights either. ESPN had a slot on Virgin where everyone with the sports package got the channel with it and there isn't much decent on ESPN, if allegedly got a similar deal with BT, that's where things get interesting because it opens it up to millions more people. It is a realistic possibility as well, during the day people watch all kinds of rubbish, I'd guess that they'd jump at some of the re-runs allegedly has on and the live offerings would have people watching too, providing the show's decent.

Back to the Cleverly pull out
Would you say this was down to not being ready (to light maybe) or an actual injury?

I would say its 33% likely to be the first option, 33% likely to be the second, and 33% likely to be because Nathan is seriously considering his future with this promoter and wouldn't necessarily be getting paid this side of xmas. Allegedly.rossij8 wrote:Back to the Cleverly pull out

Could it be that Nathan all ready has a shot secured for a belt at cruiserweight? Just a thought after watching the Hernandez fight earlier.
Re: Cleverly injured and out of CopperBox Show
Even though I think he is better than a few champions there is no way his first fight at the weight and after his last fight he deserves/is ready for them.ScottDetonator wrote:Could it be that Nathan all ready has a shot secured for a belt at cruiserweight? I think Nathan could well beat Hernandez but deserving the shot after losing by KO to Kovalev, is obviously highly debatable and probably deserving a thread of its own should the fight occur. He might move back down if Kovalev moves up!
