Confused... Why WBA Why?

I have just noticed when looking Froch and Ward have the same title with the WBA on Boxrec but on the WBA website Ward is the Super Champ and Froch the Unified Champ but the World Champ title is vacant.

Its just daft there is a interim champ who is ranked no1 who will be probably made into the full world champ.
