If Froch refuses the rematch with Groves, as he is now indicating that he will, but opts to fight on, will you lose any respect towards him. If yes, to what extent?

This one hasnt been mentioned much but i'd love to see Froch vs Stevenson if he beats Bellew. Stevenson has said he can still make 168 comfortably.
