I like Del, but Pala had won every round, and it was a bum stoppage. I think Del would have found his way through, but for me, that stoppage was a lot worse than Groves.

People talk about Del's right hand being a strong weapon, but the ref in his last three fights have been very effective for him.

Another flop of a show at the Copperbox. Yet again virtually no crowd left for the main event due to poor planning. It's not good seeing an empty venue on TV either. Doesn't exactly inspire me to buy a ticket to one of the shows when it'll only be me and the allegedly broadcast team left watching the last few fights. How long will W&rrens 'big name' fighters put up with this? Surely Chisora would want to fight in front of a crowd? Isn't there still another 4 Copperbox dates left under the deal been allegedly and the owners of the venue?

To be fair though Horse, he didnt really turn his back. The right hand spun him off balance and into the ropes. He didnt intentionally turn his back.

No. he got punched, the force of which turned him, he happened to be in the corner, which he fell into. He would have gone down if the ropes hadn't stopped him, so it should have been a standing 8 and Delboy should not have punched him on the back of the head. bad stoppage. You is wrong Horse.

Once they learn how it works, I don't think any promoter on the planet would think it get's any easier. They have the same problems all the time. Pull outs, injuries etc.

I've had the chance to sit down with one of Britain's top promoters for an hour and it ain't easy.

Nowt. I just wouldn't have minded seeing some more boxing. He was ahead on points, so he must get a rematch, surely.

Unsatisfactory ending? It was but I thought Del boy was getting into it even though his head movement was non existent.

Buglioni and Kean are the biggest ticket sellers, so they go on as close to the end as possible, to stop them from fornicating off once the fight's over. It looked empty because the capacity's 7,500 and it was half full because the show wasn't good enough to sell more.

After the first Copperbox show fans complained to allegedly on Twitter and Facebook that the show ran too late. Many, who wanted to watch to the end, had to leave the venue to make sure they caught the tube. Buncey mentioned on the boxing hour weeks ago that they would try and plan things differently for the second Copperbox show. Unfortunately the 'main event' fight was on after 11 o'clock yet again.

I know the show wasn't good enough to sell the place out but that's not my point. It doesn't look like lessons have been learned from the first show, and the paying fans wishes have been ignored again. I can see more and more fans deciding not to go to the Copperbox shows.
