Yaegashi's got this, I reckon. Too quick. Sosa times him with the right hand occasionally but it's not enough.

8-4 Yaegashi, which I think mirrored the official scores.

He's like a fvcking Duracell bunny.

Sosa gave exactly the sort of effort that he gave vs Pongsaklek: nice skills, landed some great right-hand counters, but just out-everythinged, though this time it was based off speed & movement vs Sosa's attempts to pressure. Like a cut-rate JMM, Sosa looks a lot more happy on the back-foot, & Yaegashi was having none of it. His wheels were basically too good, & his hands were too fast.

Not as good as Wonjongkam-Sosa or Yaegashi vs Vat-Grown Samurai Warrior Virgin, but fast-paced technical twelve rounds.

Yaegashi apologises at the end for not making "a more interesting fight".

Bless.

Yaegashi didn't need to apologise but I think he knew we all expected more excitement. Good win for him though. The end for Sosa maybe?

i wouldn't put it past him to do something mad like have a return with Viloria and beat him, again

or maybe Estrada, whose legs I'm sure would lead to a very similar outcome to the Yaegashi fight

Dunno. He did so well against Segura & look how his stock's risen in the last couple months.

Maybe a Mexican round-robin/tag-team affair?

Segura vs Estrada

Sosa vs Marquez on the u/c

Winners face off?

I dunno, I think this was his "last great run" if you will. I might be wrong but not many Fly's continue on this long.
