I received it in the post this morning and plan to devour it like an ear.

I truly hope he isn't still trying to blame Bill Cayton for his problems, as he did in his big documentary a few years ago. He would be living in a marble mansion right now had he stuck with Cayton and not joined up with King/Roper/Givens/King's stooges et al. If he can't admit he had it made with Cayton then he is a very poor sport indeed.
