allegedly £10 a month KeyholeTV Premium £3.06 a month

Post by iamasadlittleboy »

Won't compare like-for-like but this month it seems likely that Keyhole TV will feature:

Akira Yaegashi v Edgar Sosa
Ryoto Murata v Dave Peterson
Naoya Inoue v Jerson Mancio

Takashi Uchiyama v Daiki Kaneko
Takashi Miura v Dante Jardon

Kazuto Ioka v Felix Alvarado

I believe they also had the Takayama v Silvano, Kameda v Solis and Kameda v Naidjala fights as well. THAT is a bargain!

Sure the picture isn't great...but then again neither is allegedly!

Whilst I know that there are some good fights on there, and I know you love your boxing from the east, there isn't anything there which captures the imagination.

I am still happy with my 10 allegedly subscription over that.

Are you gonna do a RBR for Yaegashi vs Sosa, please mate?

The irony is it looks like allegedly may be launching sometime soon in the Far East.

Me neither but I've been surprised with how good some of the lesser known lighter weight fighters are; the fellow who beat Rendall Monroe was brilliant.

I imagine there are some really good fighters on that list but I'd be kipping in the shed if I put anymore boxing on.

Uchiyama's a big gangly mustached fvcker with a crushing right hand. He KO'd the first bloke to KO Jorge Linares. Bit of a shambler but very strong & a true hitter. WBA super-feather champ.

He's also TKO'd Takashi Miura (also on 'boy's list), a quick, hard-hitting southpaw who now owns the WBC title, but Uchiyama had to get off the deck to do it.

Akira Yaegashi's a mad little buzzsaw who is named--& fights like--an anime character. Fantastic physical gifts, hand & footspeed & really nice wheels. Great footwork. Was straw-weight, now is the lineal & WBC flyweight champion.

Kazuto Ioka is the nephew (?) of a former world champ; beautifully balanced straight-up boxer with a hard dig & really sound technical base. Very very good body-puncher. No 'tache, though.

He beat Yaegashi in a straw-weight unification fight last year. Not a war but twelve brilliant rounds of high-class give & take:-

I remember back in the day when Fight Night got these Japanese & Thai bills & they were excellent so I don't doubt there would be some cracking fights, but I struggle to catch up with everything that's on English TV sometimes.

I used to live in Japan and they had so much live boxing on terrestrial tv. Plus I had WoW WoW which had all the other fights. I miss those days. Great fight scene over there from small hall to world title fights.
