Notice how Naz said he could never fight another Muslim recently, and got an absolute slating on here and elsewhere. Then nice guy Danny Williams says the same thing...and no one bats an eye?

I saw it an thought it didnt even deserve a mention..... waste of time....

Danny fought Tyson who is a "muslim"........

At the end of the day both Naz and Danny will fight a muslim if the price is right......

If it wasnt considered right to box other muslims then why is boxing so popular in Algeria, Turkey, Nigeria etc etc

I like both Williams and Naz, but they shouldn't make these sort of statments, sport should be about being better than your opponent not what religon they are.

Oh and Sinan Samil Sam is a muslim.

Mind you Muslims are against Gambling, alcohol and working on Friday nights.

Urm, Hamed V Barrera, in a casino, in Las Vegas taking American money whilst praying on Budweiser logo!

Tyson too has done that and both on Friday's.

It's all bollocks Religion and race doesn't come into it. Can you imagine if these comemnts were quoted by a white Christian saying he would only fight coloured peopl and muslims, he'd be banned.

~Got to agree, boxers in the main should avoid talking about religion, because the only thing which tends to be their god is money.

I'm sure Naz would have fought the Ayatollah himself had the money been right.

Tyson has been every religion. He says after the 1st Bruno fight , how much he'd like to thank God and being a Christian meant so much to him.

Then he was a Buddist, then a Muslim......

Whats next..... Sikh , Hinduism , Scientology.

Tom Podmore.
