There are plenty of people deserve a million quid, why does Barker deserve it more than anyone else and where does the million come from? Is it from another world or does it ultimately come out of boxing fans pockets?
The fact is that Barker went into a fight with a crocked hip, most likely (all his team) knowing that he didn't have a hope in hell of winning.
What about all the people that paid to go over and for tickets? What about those that put money on him? What if he'd got badly hurt? It's the Nicky Cook thing again.
