JOHNNY NELSON CALLS OUT MICHALCZEWSKI

Post by Autobarn »

what a dumb idea, DM's shot to pieces! Nelson's ppl are saying that DM would be far better at cruiser, not having to make the 175 limit. I know DM used to hold Johnny's WBO cruiser belt (briefly), and that Johnny was hoping he'd beat Tiozzo to set up a fight. but there's no way 'Der Tiger' beats a big guy like Nelson, especially not now.

Johnny deserves a good payday, however, and he believes he can make it on the road.

btw, how do you get ITV4? i was more excited about nelson's latest title defense than hatton-maussa. Johnny's a quality boxer

He has been calling him out for a few years now. Not sure why, it would have been a good fight a few years back, pony now though!

Nelson will not fight Macca, I can sense it.

Johnny has been ordered to fight Macca in 180 days from Saturday, providing he wins.

If not then Macca will have to fight the Italian.

JN V EM in February, wait and see

You need a Freeview box which connects to your TV aerial or Sky Digital. Probably get a Freeview box for between £30 & £40 from Argos or somewhere like that.

Why doesn't Nelson ever mention Mormeck or Bell ? Has Warren ever tried to set Nelson up with a unification ?

Because they might beat him.

Nelson knows a shot DM will be like shooting fish in a barrel - and he's probably hoping a German offer might increase his bargaining position for Enzo.
It's not only SN who have an excellent relationship with the WBO..

Is Cantatore a mandatory? If so, then he wouldn't have to fight Macca by March surely?!

Michalczewski was an excellent fighter in his day, but he's as fast and mobile as an Egyptian mummy. Nelson, with his style, can still function at this advanced age. I wish Warren would get Johnny the big fight. Nelson says he can beat Mormeck easily, but I disagree.
