Anyone remember the Collins twins from Peckham ABC, god what a waste of talent. Such a crying shame, if only one of the promoters had got hold of them. I remember Buncy saying when he wrote for boxing news that they were the best in british boxing at the time.

Heard the name Marlon Ward mentioned on here, he was formidable, I boxed him in the LFBC finals at Glaziers Hall and against everyones thoughts I beat him, probably the best bout I ever had, boxed out of my boots that night. Won the best technical boxer award for it to. Those were the days, anyone remember Terry Franklin my club mate at the fisher? Great little boxer, shared a gym with some great boxers back in the day, Steve Nolan, Micky Cantwell, Timmy Driscoll, Eamon Donaghue, fantastic atmosphere. Then moved to the Hollington when I turned senior with Big Barry Francis, great man, my trainer Paul O'Kane came with me, there with Danny Morris, Gary Brooks, Mickey Brooks, Eddie Brooks, John Nanton RIP to.....

All quality lads from the north west area- be interested to see what they're doing now.
Owen trainer was in and out of jail for selling drugs, and jimmy Gaskell has some sort of muscle disorder he doesn't look any different though, he's a window cleaner around Stockport area
