in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

Oscar was also stopped by Lee Carr on April 30, 1963 at the Pan Am Games.

There is still some controversy about his DQ win over Al 'Blue' Lewis, as Oscar was floored, and was on the
canvas for more 25-seconds.

Ah ok. To me he must be an Ali fan to seemingly know so much about his background and all his fights, and then to post what happened in the 10th second of round 9, 17th second of round 9 etc...etc... Yeah in response to Controversial's post. I've always thought the same thing, the way he pinpoints the exact second of a round that this happens or that happens, the dude must have all of Ali's fights on a constant loop in his house. With a notebook writing
