Who where the judges for tonight's fight? Where the 3 of them British?donny wrote:Am I the one who thinks that UK judging has now become even worse than judging in Germany?
I remember it was different 10 years ago - it was more honest sport and it was possible for a visiting fighter to get a fair shake in UK. Not any more.. All those elderly corrupted UK judges who are trying to beef up their retirement savings should be let go!

Well Brooks name popped up in commentary, popped up in the post fight interview and was mentioned again by McCrory. No smoke without fire as they say.rio wrote:If porter takes a voluntary before fighting brook which he is entitled to do, I think Brook v bundu would be as good as fight as any to keep brook ticking over until this title fight that never seems to get here!!

Seems to be mainly on the same promoters shows, especially the judging, thank god Bundu finished him off before the bell.donny wrote:Am I the one who thinks that UK judging has now become even worse than judging in Germany?

I missed the Murray fight. He looked bad, huh?

Very flat looking and didn't appear to be too motivated.clopixolacuphase wrote:I missed the Murray fight. He looked bad, huh?

Yeah, this is my feelign as well! Eddie Hearn seemed to be like a bit fo fresh breath in the beginning after the Frank Warrem era, but I now think think he is more rotten than FW ever was. I mean, these judges are not giving his fighters gift decisions and stoppages for nothing. I am sure he's an acute businessman and found a great way to achieve what he needs with a bit of extra money, and is probably viewing it as protecting his investments, but f*** him and his business. This will be his downfall in the end. Nobody wants to see hardworking guys to get screwed time after time on his shows.expe wrote:Seems to be mainly on the same promoters shows, especially the judging, thank god Bundu finished him off before the bell.

It's more about the judging in certain locations rather than where the judges are from. Many robberies, a huge proportion of which benefit the home fighter, are the result of the scores turned in by judges from abroad.
