Also if you change the WBFed title to Light Welterweight, that still will be an issue because Rola El Halabi holds that title (http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_ ... &cat=boxer)

I know it appears odd, but that's the way it happened. There's no minimum weight requirement to contest any weight class.
