That had me in bits, he got himself a number of fans there. I think the WTF moment was clearly shown on the face of the guy interviewing him!

Steve Smodgers antics during and after the Hopkins/Murat fight

I think Smogers good generally but have forgotten what he was up to in that fight.
Didn't Murat smack him and he had a go back. I know both fighter were up to some dirty antics.

I dont think so,i cant remember Murat retalliating to the ref once,although he was using some dirty tactics against Hopkins and Hopkins was repaying in kind but Smodger let Bernard away with it

Im a fan of Smodger also,that was the only fight i can remember being unhappy with his clear favouritism

Yeah Murat kept hitting after the break and caught Smoger he pushed Murat in the face at the end of the round.
He was on Murats back a lot who tbf was fighting dirty in anticipation of Hopkins tactics probably.

George Groves turning Carl Froch's lights out in the first round.Like Larry Holmes did against Ernie Shavers, I will never know how Froch got up after being knocked out basically, and fight his way back into it.

Froch beat him on a technicality, which is not the same as beating Groves per se.

I think the wise move for Froch now, in terms of his health, would be to avoid Groves and Ward like the plague, as they will both stop him in rematches, I feel, and instead box Chavez jnr for a shed load of money and go out on a high.

It will be interesting to see what his next move is.I do think though that there will be a perception from the public, not just the hard core fans like us, that he has avoided Groves if he carries on making up reasons not to fight him.

As much as id love to see Froch n Groves duke it out again,and it probably is the MOST logical fight it isnt the ONLY logical fight,surely Froch at this stage in his career is entitled to choose who he wants as a long term champion,he has earned that right IMO

If people are genuinly doubting Carl,s ballz then what does that say about every single other fighter in british boxing history

But in saying that,some of Froch,s comments are outlandish and on occasion downright deluded

Did he really call George a hypocrite
