I reckon this could be quite a fight, Bernard surely won't be just doing enough to nick it, he's going to have to try and slap Taylor up, and that is going to leave him open to more counters.

I can see Nard getting stopped here, or Taylor crumbling under the assault in the late rounds.

Really would like to see Bernard win, it would be some achievement at his age.

I shall be cheering on Hopkins with this one, I've really warmed to him over the last few years.

However the veteran former Champion is really going to have to up his work rate to win back his crown. But doing so will mean he will leave himself open to Taylors shots.

The last one was close as I think this one will also be.

50/50 fight.

The big question for me is how much will Hopkins have left down the stretch if he makes a fast start - something he hasn't done in a long long time.

I think Hopkins will stick to how he's been fighting for the last few years, he has to be worried about fading badly, just think he'll up the pace before the halfway point. Can't really see him rushing Taylor and getting caught with jabs and counters on the way in.

Have also grown to be a Hopkins fan and respect his boxing skills greatly but after his comments about Lou DiBella commiting suicide like his brother I think i'd like to see Taylor knock him out. Time for a new era, Winky v Taylor for next year!

Brilliant, I'd like to think my email to Sky about it (along with many others) done something towards getting this shown. Pity it's on a 3-4 hour delay, although getting up at 8:30am is probably better than staying up until 6am.

Yeah, I'll go with that!! I think Hopkins has loads left, he rarely uses more effort than required (thats how he lost!!), and to be fair, he only lost because he 'thought' he was doing enough. When he had to go into the next gear, he looked a mile better!!

I checked their schedule yesterday, couldn't see it listed, and phoned Sky to cancel my sports channels - after 15 minutes holding on the phone waiting, I gave up.

Only fight I wanted to see listed was Haye/Gurov, and figured as it's a Sat night I could catch it in the pub.

But these 8am slots leave you f****d unless you have the channels at home.

So guess I'll wait and see what their 2006 line up looks like - mind you, could probably down load off the net next day, like the recent Floyd fight.

I'll take Taylor to beat BH on points.

Can't say I'll miss the ultra cautious BH too much.....

I am a fan of the early slots, you don't have to sit up all night with matchsticks in your eyes waiting for each fight to start and trawling through the expert analysis of Nicky Piper. Instead you can wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed and watch the fight without having to avoid the result, on a 3 or 4 hour delay...perfect

I expect Hopkins to retire if he wins, although he will probably have an exhibition in Philadelphia before he goes, he said he promised his mother before she died he wouldn't fight on past his 41st birthday although i am sure it was originally 40th birthday, maybe it increases by the year

I think he said he wouldn't fight on past the age of 40. Hence stopping before he is 41.

I hope so to but I have a feeling he may try and get a fight with Tarver. Although the Tarver v Tyson fight that is being talked about would of course put a stop to that I assume.

I don't think i am going over the top in saying i really hope to god that this Tarver-Tyson nonsense doesn't happen. If it does it will really kill my faith in this game i love
