Plenty am clubs in Salford include one in the Salford Lads Club I think.

Bridge water abc is the one pal top gym and very good facilities I'm sure if you google the address would come up

Very good gym bridgewater use to be arrow abc back in the day, also northside abc is another top club just on the other side of the mancunian way
