I may be wrong but was they tony Jefferies David price , Gavin, b j Saunders and de gale ?

Yep, plus Bradley Saunders and Kal Yafai who turned over later and Joe Murray. Gavin didn't actually make the Olympics after being withdrawn before the weigh in thanks to a series of poor decisions by the ABA.
