Gery Cooney, a converted southpaw.

Post by stethem »

He really was left handed and was a converted southpaw. Did this efect his career at all. I tend to think so since he was not good at slipping punches or picking them of. He abrorbed alot of shots......Had he foguth as a lefty, his good hand, his left would have been clsoer to his face and he could have picked off punches more........ ...... Very few peopel know he was a converted southpaw. Pat
