"Solid Gold" as this 1980 Olympian "should have been" was rightfully called. Lee Roy was a power punching boxer who has great talent. He racked up a record 30-4 (23). He was IBF World Cruiserweight Champion from '84-'86 and even was a decent heavyweight when he moved up before retiring. How would Murphy have done against todays cruiserweights?

Probably would hold his own.I wish him and Tony Tucker hooked up at the amateur level.

Anyone see his fight with Chisanda Mutti with the double knockdown in the twelfth? I've always wanted to see that fight. A few years ago when The Ring ran their top 100 title bouts of all-time, this one was about # 80 and I've been itching to see it ever since.

Pete, I'll trade it for McAvoy vs Thil. One question though, what language is the commentary in?

I asked you for a list and you came up with the following. So, it was actually YOU who wouldn't provide a list.

Well that's true, I haven't got a list together yet... but jokes aside, If you have some interesting fights then I'd be interested in perhaps swapping if you are an honest individual. If I had a list then I'd send you it. If you have a list why don't you send me it with list of fighters and fights you're interested in... I know all the fights I have. I'm mainly interested in fights from early 80s and before.

I've already got Murphy vs Mutti thanks, the Macavoy fight is not for swapping or selling... I have a number of fights and fight footage pre 40s which I would only swap for something equally rare.

If you looked at the icons I think most people would say that I was joking and I didn't call you a liar. Mind you, you have called me much worse for months and you don't even know me. You seem to have found my name somewhere, are you a hacker as well?.
