Team Fury: Sign the Petition, Fans Want Fury vs. Klitschko!

Post by HomicideHenry »

Because the WBC has recently decided to pit Chris Arreola vs. Bermaine Stiverne in a rematch for Vitali's vacated title, rather than consider Tyson Fury (who's fought two eliminators), and the WBA rumor mill is saying Deontay Wilder will be fighting for one of its 'Super' belts against Fres Oquendo; it was conceived to do a petition to address the one man in the heavyweight division who can do something about it: Wladimir Klitschko, the RING/WBO/IBO/IBF/LINEAL Heavyweight champion (the true champion).

Klitschko wields the power to arrange a match with Fury. Team Fury doesn't care when or where the fight takes place; and besides, the fans are owed something a little more than Klitschko vs. Leapai or any other substitution with no real fan base or name value. No one cares for Arreola/Stiverne II, and no one cares about Klitschko/Leapai. Let's make a fight between Klitschko and Fury happen!

Not sure the petition is going to force Wlads hand. Wlad is a cool guy and the best in the division.

He is not exciting but you have to admire how he has dominated the sport for so long. Personally I don't find Floyd Mayweather that exciting but everyone loves him because of his big mouth. If Wlad had a personality like Mayweather then he would be a lot more liked.

Fury would not last the distance with Wlad end of.......

There have been some pretty awful lumps gone the distance with Wlad.

I don't admire anything other than his professionalism.

Think he and brother have little to base 'greatness' upon, mind Joe Louis didn't have too many heavyweight contemporaries to call on either.

True but Fury won't just go to cover up and get a pay day so Wlad will find plenty of openings and pick him off.

Quite likely.

Could I make an argument Fury will make Wlad work at a level he hasn't done for....well forever and have reach too.

Wlad and Vitaly........never called out Valuev did they.

I think Don King had an input there.....Both wanted to fight him from what they said in past interviews.

:TU:

To be honest after Wlad's pathetic display last time out I think Fury outworks him, providing he can wriggle away from the clinches without expending too much energy.

I never thought I'd say that.

why havent fury or chisora tried getting a fight with thompson for the copperbox show? If one of them managed to do a number on him it would speak volumes within the division.

Can we sign petitions for everything? Could you image if they have an effect (they clearly don't)... we'd be on Froch Groves II by then an wouldv'e seen a Floyd-Pac trilogy! :bag: :bag: :bag: :bag: :bag: :bag: :bag: :bag:
