Went down with 4 first timers and one 4 time vet, came home with 2 3rd places, one split decision loss 14/15 yr old, and two national champs(one unopposed 120lbs and one first timer who won 10/11 65lbs)!! Can't wait for next year!!!

Thank you! I was looking forward to having my first boxer win a belt in each age group, but he came razor thin after losing in the finals by split decision with a tie breaker. The deciding judge had my kid winning two rounds then losing the final round 10-8 in a round that neither other judge scored 10-8, then he awarded the bout to the boxer who only won one round on his card. Doesn't get much closer than that!
