My little poem!!! ;) by The Shark

Post by RonnieTheSharkClark »

Boxing is fine, boxing is fun,
2014 I'll prove I'm the one!
I never duck and I never dive,
bring me the guy ranked number five.
By doing this poem it ain't disrespect,
just look at my record, what d'ya expect?
Zero's a number just like the rest,
even a loss, ya can still be the best.
I train like a demon, wanting a glance,
it's time a promoter just give me a chance.
I come from a city smaller than most,
but the Dundee fans I can only boast.
I never claimed to be Nigel Benn,
but I will fight anyone in the top ten!
Michael Roberts would be a great fight,
the fans would thrive and have a good night.
Liam Walsh is a fight I will win,
just like I did with his tiny twin!
Contact Tommy Gilmour to arrange the fight.
I can't wait! I will see you that night!

Respect

Good luck Ronnie, I wish you all the best for 2014, you definitely have the talent to fight above your current level. Hopefully your promoter can deliver for you but i wouldnt hold my breath. Im sure dinner shows at the radisson will be great fun.

Boxing's gain is literature's loss! Good luck mate, hope you have a busy and injury free year, same goes for any other boxers that see this :TU:

In honesty the bit about Liam Walsh and his tiny twin is brilliant but the rest is a bit different.. It only took 3 people a week and a half to come up with it!! We should set up a poll to see if we should get him to do it as a rap?? Maybe even set up a wee video.

to me,its out of rons hands,if thon gilmour would just take a chance, promoters and managers are all the same, each one tries to talk a good game,2014 could well be rons year, theres no super featherweight that gives him the fear,so come on mr gilmour start showing youre clout, and watch the shark fae the tay knock them all out :yay:

You could get together with Scott Harrison and have an exhibition art and poetry exhibition.

I have one hand fully healed and the other hand with a very slight crack, they have said my hands will be much stronger with the new bone so i just cant wait to get back in the ring to try smash them on my next victims face, head or body!!!
Who is gonna be my next victim!!!

Out of the top 10 british super featherweights, who would you like to get in with Ronnie?

would a Paisley vs Greenock war with John Simpson interest you? Thats one I wouldn't mind seeing.

The bone will Regenerate in turn making it a new bone as such!! Glad to clear up the confusion for you!! Also Refs?? What kind of fight is that with more than one ref?? Someone else said he had chocolate hands some of those refs are proper heavy hope the don't stand on them :)

A fight with John Simpson would be amazing! Maybe the Burns undercard if managers could put there differences aside ;) or we have Michael Roberts! Troy James would be a great little fight! Ben Jones would be a good one if he could still do the weight... All in all anyone though just a fight be good ;)

Dougie that would do some serious damage mate ha.. I was thinking of others.. I want to see Ronnie against Simpson as a boxing fan that's a dream fight.. But it would be Dundee v Greenock ha.. We always beat Morton so would fancy another victory!!
