Almost impossible to find an accurate record for any amateur.

You can try to get hold of Boxing News Annual and Record Books from the 60's but i'm not sure that they had amateur results in them.

I've got a book of amateur schools champions but not sure if it covers Ireland. I'll take a look and get back to you. How old would he have been in 1960?
