Actually it is incorrect and statistically more likely to be 1963.

If Matienza has been 21 years of age in this fight, it means he is born between 15th of June 1963 and 14th of June 1964. Slightly bigger chance for birthdate being on previous year.

I personally think these posts are worthless...
