Prime vs Prime, Lennox wins a close one by UD, though if the 81-82 version of Page is right, he would win a close one by UD, or late stoppage.

Lennox by majority decision or late KO.
Lewis was a much superior boxer to the likes of Berbick, Tubbs, Buster Douglas, Bugner.... all guys Page lost to in his prime

After his loss to Tubbs, Page wasn't the same fighter he was coming up.......things happened. Lennox never had the speed Page had, and the fluidity. Lennox could beat him, but it would have to be the unmotivated version. The motivated version puts a whupping on him.

If he puts that right that he taught McCall on Lewis, it's a wrap.

Lewis knocks out Greg Page of that I'm sure.. reality is that Page accomplished much less than he was suppossed to and Lewis actually acccomplishd much more than many of his critics thought he was capable of... I dont think Greg carried the one punch power that would be needed for his only chance

Frankly I don't see any version of Greg Page standing much of a chance against Lennox Lewis ( either pre or during the Manny Steward administration. ) Lewis was just an all around higher caliber fighter.

If McCall and Rahman can reach Lennox, than it's no doubt that someone like Page, Dokes, or even Holmes can tag him and floor him, minimum.

Check out what Page did to Tillis and Monroe, that could have seriously happened to Lennox under the right conditions :OhYes: :TU: !

Lewis by wide decision. This wouldn't be competitive or entertaining, but Greg would go the route.

I'd take Rahman and McCall to beat Page.

I'd lean to Lewis, but Page could jab and anyone who took away LL's jab took away most of his plan.

Page was a moody sort, up and down, manhandled by King. The lively, in the mood Page who shrugged off Coetzee's bombs and clobbered him could certainly whack LL. Also, that Tillis KO is spectacular. He lands like that and LL is on his back wearing his glassy-eyed lost look.

Interestingly enough I believe Page and McCall worked closely together for sometime, and might even have been sparring partners. They both certainly worked for Tyson during the same time frame, and Page was in McCall's corner for one of the Lewis fights. Be interesting to find out if they actually had some ring time together in the gym and how it went.

Page was in McCall's corner for both Lewis fights. The head trainer for Lewis I was Manny Steward, head trainer for Lewis II Georgie Benton.

McCall and Page did spar, and McCall said after his KO of Lewis that Page had faster hands than Lewis.

As mentioned, Page was one of McCall's trainer, and helped Oliver win the title. His hands were no joke, and Lennox would find that out real quick, especially if Page is in the 225-229 range.
