So nice to read interviews with Ryan Rhodes and Johnny Nelson and Herol graham, talking about their experiences at the Ingle Gym.

Even though I have lived in London and Hertfordshire for a few years now, and not been back to Sheffield for ages, Brendan Ingle remains one of my favourite people.Such a good man.

With people like Johnny and Ryan and Brendan's son's in the gym, it has always had a really warm and friendly atmosphere. A lot of nice memories came flooding back to me reading that article. When I was in my early twenties and a bit lost during and post university, it was great to go to that gym and just have really positive people around you.Very happy days for me!
