Rosado's best round of the fight there, I'm still not sure he won it, but he definitely had a lot of his best moments in that round.

Charlo landed a cracking counter left right near the end of the round though that was probably the single best punch of the round.

I'd probably still give it to Charlo, but really at this point the scorecards are a moot point. Rosado needs a KO to win this.

Rosado is putting more pressure but clearly didn t land much but receive 8-1 with the 8 close to Rosado

1 round to go. A KO for Rosado seems extremely unlikely, again he's dealing with a very bad cut, and losing a lopsided fight.

Best case scenario he's won 2 rounds out of 9 so far, and you could make a strong case he's lost them all.

...and that's that. Very impressive win for Jermell Charlo.

Unanimous Decision for Charlo is the only possible outcome here.

Scores could range from 100-90 to 98-92, but Charlo was the boss all night.

Hey simon you gonna be up a while? I'll post a RBR for the HBO card as well if you want. I'll be watching that after this one goes off.

If Jermall is as good as Jermell, Carlos Molina better be ready because he'll have his hands plenty full in March.

100-90
99-91
97-93
Maybe the first and 8th round were close but can t find wich one other than these two round could have been in Rosado s favor

The 97-93 card was being very generous to Rosado. 2 Rounds for Rosado is the best case scenario I could possibly see there, I can't see where it was possible to see any round for Rosado other than the 1st and the 8th.

Even those 2 rounds could've easily gone to Jermell, and did in my opinion.

I'd probably have had it 100-90.

Adrien Broner said he lost to Marcos Maidana because God just had that plan for him

Broner's gonna get his ass whipped again in the rematch, he better seriously consider fighting somebody else in his next bout and not going for the immediate rematch.

He'll still be an active fighter in 5 years, what level he'll be competing at by then...only time will tell. If he loses again to Maidana, immediately following the loss in December he'll basically lose all of his promotional backing I imagine and he'll start getting fed to guys.

Promoters only back you and watch out for you when you're winning.

They just introduced Peterson as a 2 time Champion...when did he hold a belt other than this one?

Anyway...here we go Round 1.

Slow pace in that round from both guys, the most effective weapon in the opening round was Peterson's jab.

Peterson's jab and movement still the most effective thing going on so far, Jean started to get more aggressive at the end of the 2nd.
