Maybe Hamer is okay. He was struggling in the fight before coming up with the good, but I do agree his resume is improving and I don't think he is far off being mentioned in the higher echolons bracket. If Chisora can get in the world title mix after losing so many on the spin then Hamer's resume isn't that far behind.
However, Johnson has no ambition. He aint prepared to mix it up - okay gave him the benefit first time as he was fighting Vitali, but against Fury and Hamer it was same safety first display.
He might have some skills, but that's no good if he aint prepared to use them. To be honest, I'd rather see someone like Matt Skelton in there - yeah, Chisora might score an early KO - but at least you know Skelton is prepared to give it a good go. Johnson is just shite - Larry Holmes esque jab or not. No amount of training is going to control his mindset, when the going gets tough - Johnson lays on the ropes.
