Cardiff RBR
Re: Cardiff RBR
They stopped it. TKO 2 for Joshua.
Re: Cardiff RBR
Thought O'Connor could have let that go a bit longer, but Darch exposed a few holes in Joshua tonight.
And Halling is talking shit again, what a surprise.

I think the question is whether he's going to be a Lennox, a Price or an Audley.columbo wrote:Price hits harder.

Re: Cardiff RBR
The big question is...... Why did Darch keep his hands down at his waist? He ain't RJJ FFS!expe wrote:Thought O'Connor could have let that go a bit longer, but Darch exposed a few holes in Joshua tonight.

Re: Cardiff RBR
There's a big gap between Lennox and David Price...I think he'll wind up being somewhere between there.expe wrote:I think the question is whether he's going to be a Lennox, a Price or an Audley.columbo wrote:Price hits harder.

Re: Cardiff RBR
I thought Darch did well to stay on his feet, he took at least 5 big rights. Who necks for Joshua?
Re: Cardiff RBR
I thought Rees deserved both as well.expe wrote:I thought Rees took both, Crolla was the closer but I thought he comfortably did enough, but he didn't help by dropping the pace in the last couple of rounds.

His calves are quite small. He has big quads though, hard to see given the length of his shorts.crusader wrote:Yes. He's built a lot like Wilder, although bulkier up top.Finch wrote:Are Joshua's legs a bit skinny?
Re: Cardiff RBR
what fights? I've fallen behind a bit on the UK scene.expe wrote:What fighter would take a fight on a Matchroom show? Every show there's a shocking decision that Watt and Halling try and claim is acceptable. Something isn't right here, there never used to be this amount of bad decisions, the board should be taking a close look at these shows with what's going on.
Re: Cardiff RBR
He was slipping most of the shots, would have been better with his hands up but he didn't take many clean shots until the end of the first round.keithmoonhangover wrote:The big question is...... Halling thinks Darch is going to get the picture of him and Joshua framed, why would Darch do that? It's a picture of him and an overhyped 4 fight novice.

Re: Cardiff RBR
Have Matchroom produced a world champion yet?
Re: Cardiff RBR
He's already too muscular so the fact he's put more weight in isnt great.
Re: Cardiff RBR
Calzaghe is right he is a bit robotic.

Fine under an Eddie run Matchroom.keithmoonhangover wrote:Herbie Hide, Chris Eubank etc etcBoxing Prospect wrote:Have Matchroom produced a world champion yet?
In regards to Quigg and Barker, were they not already "around" world level as opposed to being produced/developed under matchroom

Re: Cardiff RBR
A lot of hate for Matchroom tonight...we giving Frank the night off?
Re: Cardiff RBR
He's only 4-0 dude, relax. Hell Wilder has been milking it for 30 fights, surely Joshua can milk it for at least 10columbo wrote:Oh look, Matchroom are bringing in a cheap journeyman argentinian for Joshua's next fight
Re: Cardiff RBR
Yeah but there's british guys who could provide more of a challenge. Regarding Wilder, that's a complete joke.gilgamesh wrote:He's only 4-0 dude, relax.
