How do you think Sam ranks all time in the lightweight division (Clearly, this was very early in Sams professional career)?

Why?

Sams professional boxing career. The later stage, he was weighing in at around 204 pounds. Quite light, compared to the heavyweight boxers from 1975 till now. But, in Sams pro career, he fought many opponents who were much heavier than him.

Definitive top 5 all time fighter, not sure I'd have him that high in any single division. He's either 1A or 1B with Greb on my all time list.
