Im pretty sure I remember seeing an interview where Ward was asked about Khans progress under Hunter and Ward said i dont really know as we train at different times!

I know he's desperate to get the Mayweather fight but he really does sound ridiculous calling Maidana his 'leftovers'.

Khan barely survived Maidana. Does anyone seriously think he would fight MM again? Maidana has come on in leaps & bounds since then, while Khan has regressed.

Is Khan's quote verified ? Khan does spar bigger guys, but I have never seen him train at the same time as Ward, can't see why he would make that up ? don't make sense, he has sparred with many punchers at wild card, that he could use for his argument, Ward is not a big puncher anyway.

I have never said that Khan would beat Mayweather, but he will give him problems, will Maidana ? Doubt it, Floyd won't get hit. Don't jump to conclusions.

Khan is certainly the more exciting option but whoever Floyd picks is a soft choice, the American is just so many levels ahead of both Amir and Maidana as well as pretty much every other boxer on the planet.

I would of chosen pacman for the perfect fight, then GGG or Martinez at light middle or even Bradley, they are the best fights out there, in my opinion, but we have been given a choice of two.

Khan would be over a lot quicker, so I'd get to go to bed earlier, but at least Maidana would go in with a puncher's chance, but neither fight really interests me, there's plenty of other fighters who are more deserving and would make for better fights than Khan and Maidana.
