yeah i also heard they was looking in London, but from what im told city ground was booked for 31st may, and considering it was from the same person who told me Leigh Wood would box for British title several weeks before it was announced im gonna stick my neck out and go with what theyve told me, at least until any announcements disproves it anyway.

So much for the whole 'Froch is a coward' brigade... Dude gives the guy an immediate rematch despite the fact that Groves has been nothing but a whiney, self- entitled clown since the moment he lost the first fight.

So who do you want to win?

Can't say I'm surprised, there was too much to be made from this rematch for it not to go ahead.

Genuinely don't mind who wins... The way Groves' fans and Froch haters have acted post fight kind've makes me want Froch to smash him, but the truth is, its good for British boxing if the younger guy comes through it. Groves has got more left on the clock at this stage in his career and Froch has already given everything to British boxing and even if he wins there's not a lot left for him other than cash out type of fights.

I think it will be another close one, I'm leaning towards another Froch KO though. Its just hard to beat him unless you can slow the pace and spoil a little bit here and there and I don't think Groves has shown he can do that yet.

I agree about it probably being better for British boxing if Groves comes through, I have a feeling he might stop Froch this time. I just can't wait for the build up, it's going to be a cracking few weeks pre-fight. It'll be interesting to see what roles they take this time and to see how much goodwill Groves still has after the last few weeks. I think he can really get under Carl's skin this time, even more so than last time.

A close Groves decision wouldn't be bad either, just for a third fight. The third fight is usually a cracker too.

It didn't go to purse bids, oh, what a surprise.

If Froch counters, he wins. If he leads, he loses.

This fight is a must.i think it's harder to build fights up these days as fighters like mayweather have shunned showdowns & fans do drift away. I'd like to see this fight signed & the lead up to this fight will be quality & it will be somthing the whole nation tunes into

Froch isn't and never has been a counterpuncher - he's too slow, that isn't how he will win.

Froch needs to start quicker, and not get clattered by a big shot early on. Apply steady pressure and not leave Groves as much time to pick him off. Froch could also do with throwing the jab with real purpose, and following it up immediately with other shots, instead of pawing with it, leaving himself to the right hand counter.

I thought that Froch was so pissed-off with Groves that he'd take Chavez in America.....and then sign-off, so looks like I am wrong yet again. But I am guessing the money behind this fight must be colossal, Froch does like a challenge and if they've thrown in the City Ground then that might have swayed it. He's always wanted to fight there and if Groves has agreed to go there just to get the fight...then good on George.

I can't see Georgie landing his Sunday punch again, so Froch for me. The KD won't be in Froch 's mind, he's been there before. What they'll both be remembering is that the last time either wad in the ring, Groves was getting punched round the ring like a rag doll. He's never got a man as hard as he hit Froch and have taken get up and fight on, and he's never been beaten up like that before. You'll see a more cautious Groves, and a more cautious Froch, then later it'll be the trenches, and Carl will win. Groves' real chance to beat Froch passed by when he didn't go for him after the knockdown, and it's not coming back.

I did worry this would happen too, but the money must have mollified those feelings. It's possible that the needle is hyped up, but it's always looked to me that Froch has a genuine dislike for Groves' attitude.

Let's hope that when this is all over, the two men can shake hands and show some respect for one another.

I'm looking forward to this fight more than any British fight I've seen since Benn and Eubank were snarling at one another.

The fight may not live up to the hype, rematches like this rarely do, because both men will probably fight with a lot more caution, Froch early, and Groves late - however the build up is going to be absolutely electric.
