lost a European title shot last July according to his record. He's had a lot of fights imo for a 26yr old, yet only 5 stoppages to his record - when I saw him stop Sam Webb with those long straight shots, he looked a real handful.
I wonder if he's still with Bob....I would imagine he is if he got into Euro contention in his last fight.

I think I saw Eddie say that it's supposed to be happening relatively soon in the States. They've come to a deal with toprank I think.

Prince Arron left Bob Shannon I seem to remember reading. Was training with Stevie Bell at one point although not sure whether that arrangement is still in place.

Not exactly missing in action, but I do wish a big promoter will sign up Neil Perkins. Hasn't got much time on his hands.

What about this Irish ex champion amateur who turned over at 39. Name escapes me.

I like Perkins. Looks a really skilled southpaw to me. Age is definietly against him but saying that, guys like Adonis Stevenson and there's some others out there who are looking very good in their mid to late 30's so it can be done. Regarding the irishman, I know who you mean but like you the name has slipped my mind.

i thought he retired a few years ago now, might have come back briefly. I thought he never fancied it that much cos he had a quite good job. Seem to remember reading something like that.
What's Gary Sykes up to these days?

ah okay thanks. Was just reading about his hand injury in Prizefighter thinking it was last month but it was actually January of last year.

I haven't heard mention of that Tom Costello kid for a while, or the gypsy welterweight, who I think got in a bit of trouble when he was about 8 and 0.

Also .....what the hell happened to John O'Donnell. I saw him fight once in Nottingham, live, he was very handy indeed but then he got stopped with a bad ear in a fight in America.

Reynolds its was.

I think Perkins has been campaigning at Light Middle since turning pro - was wondering if he could make Welter. What a fight with Stalker that could be.... battle of the British captains.
