Having all the stress of villains after you as well as the police doesn't seem a good way to live (on top of the people you fornicate over and hurt) unless you give live it large in a beautiful place. Having the biggest and best council estate on the estate or having everyone know you'd slash someone up for a few quid doesn't really seem all that.

It was for the Bethnal Green and Bow constituency office, I doubt it was enough for the full term or all the costs. I understand it paid for two employees, likely for 12 months. Which is two employees not paid for by the tax payer.

There is an LSE report that ranks Galloway at 333 of all MPs for expenses (that isnt based on the most recent accounts). It's all published on the Parliamentary website, if you have the inclination to look in further detail.

Difficult to say the BB appearance wasn't a stunt as one thing you can't accuse GG of is being publicity shy.

I think your referring to the ice cream wars which saw a whole family including a baby burned to death. He also never had 2 houses knocked into one. It's called the ponderosa. He built 2 large villas either side of a council house which was occupied by an old lady. One for him and another for his son.
I suggest you read a bit more into the people your talking about before posting that nonsense. There's loads of resources online. Though to be honest I'm starting to wonder why a boxing thread has descended into all this bollocks anyway. Thompson was obviously very feared and not one to get involved with; nailing people to floors and blinding people over money isn't really a very nice thing to do and someone who does that sort of thing has serious issues. I do doubt very much that he's the biggest fish in the country and imagine that allegedly has rubbed shoulders with all sorts of international characters.

It will be the most ironic thing if he is financially ruined for accusing someone of non payment. I drove 8 hours up to Glasgow the day before Xmas Eve, had a hard fight, 8 hours drive back, not having any sleep before going straight to work.
You do this because you need the cash, him not paying me that 200 quid had a big impact on my Xmas, it was a lot of money to me almost 20 years ago.

Terry Marsh is still here because he didn't shoot allegedly, a Royal Marine with a loaded gun at close range, firing two shots isn't going to fail to kill. If the rumours are true, he definitely knew bigger players than Thompson, I'd say the A-Team would fit into that category.
