Martin Murray
Re: Martin Murray
Sounds like Murray has been getting too big for his boots lately. Would love to see GGG KO him.
Re: Martin Murray
I disagree entirely. In my opinion, Martin has made the right choice.johnswan1 wrote:Sounds like Murray has been getting too big for his boots lately.

What, turning down world title fights and pulling out of other fights? Cause that's a great choiceAden wrote:I disagree entirely. In my opinion, Martin has made the right choice.johnswan1 wrote:Sounds like Murray has been getting too big for his boots lately.
Re: Martin Murray
Did he turn down two offers to fight GGG? Why did he look so bad in his last fight? Is there any truth in rumours of him falling apart outside of the ring lately?Aden wrote:I disagree entirely. Re: Martin Murray
If a guy who was champing at the bit to fight Sergio Martinez in Buenos Aires pretty much on the thirtieth anniversary of a war the Argentinians are still tetchy about suddenly starts reportedly turning down big fights, and pulling out of fights, you'd probably be wise to reach a conclusion other than he's lost his bottle or he's a bit daft or he's playing up outside of the ring; but who knows?
Re: Martin Murray
That's a thoughtful take and though I imagine that Murray would box anyone the chances are Golovkin would really do a number on him whereas Martinez was unlikely to.Aden wrote:If a guy who was champing at the bit to fight Sergio Martinez in Buenos Aires pretty much on the thirtieth anniversary of a war the Argentinians are still tetchy about suddenly starts reportedly turning down big fights, and pulling out of fights, you'd probably be wise to reach a conclusion other than he's lost his bottle or he's a bit daft or he's playing up outside of the ring; but who knows?
