Knew Curtis was capable of putting up a fight, but after weakening himself & suffering a bad loss to Derry I wasn't sure he'd get back to his best & Hamilton is a harder fight!!
Massive well done Curtis for just even taking the fight, shame your dad couldn't be here to witness it & without realising it you was allway's his champion champ :TU:

I've allway's showed you support Curtis & two fights ago you was boiled out at lightweight which ain't no good on your body & it takes time to recover .

I was worried this was a throw away fight for you I never knew about your dad & what you told him I saw that on ifl & it fvckin got me!!!

You can now officially pull off sunglasses & toothpicks in the mouth & talk with a slight yank twang ha!!

after featuring in those thrillers with bull, gavin, miles, Matthews & now Hamilton - and overcoming that commonwealth title defeat last year to win the british title finally - Curtis woodhouse is a true british warrior, joining the ranks of derry Matthews, Jamie moore, jon thaxton, & going back mark kaylor, as grassroots guys who epitomise the words "true grit."
