I dont know anything about an Independence cup for Juniors but for some reason I cant access the AIBA website at the moment.
If you go to their website, click competitions and then calendar you will get a list of their tournaments by continent.

Luna says he got a bad/hometown decision, for what it's worth. Anyone see it?

TBH at an under age tournament in Russia theres a good chance your going to be on the end of some harsh judging when facing the home fighter

Fight is on Youtube, around 3:30:00 mark

Yeah, thought Luna did the better work. This kid has skills, a super-heavyweight that can switch it, move, jab, has good punch variety. But it's clear he's not in great shape, and this may hold him back. He should be in the 91KG division looking at his body.

It seems to me the US have two superheavies of note at the same time and they may be future stars.Bear in mind neither have any international experience as compared to their Russian opponents who have plenty .

I think Luna has like 80 fights, Darmani Rock only has like 15 fights but is faster, stronger and bigger. These 2 could finally end the Usa drought of having sum young decent heavies
