Burns vs Crawford RBR
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
5-0 but Peker has frustrated Roberts a tad.
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
Cardle vs Applebee was the best fight of the day thus far. Murray vs Simpson was just a demolition. I don't know much of anything about Simpson, but I gather he's had some success in the UK in lower weight classes, he just looked completely physically outmatched by Murray.expe wrote:Looks pretty full to me, definitely was close to full for Murray and Simpson.columbo wrote: Yeah I think it might be because it still feels somewhat empty!
This fight going on now, I lost interest in by the 3rd round.
I don't expect Burns vs Crawford will necessarily be riveting entertainment, but I'll still be watching because it's a pretty big fight. The toughest opponent for both fighters up to this point in their respective careers.
I don't know who they got Anthony Joshua in with tonight, some guy they said that went 9 with Chisora is all I remember them mentioning.
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
The Peker is hard and keeps coming and coming.
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
Thank god this is a 6 rounder
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
Yeah it's an argentinian guy. Basically a journeyman but obviously that's the norm at this stage. I imagine Joshua will take him out pretty quickly though.gilgamesh wrote:Cardle vs Applebee was the best fight of the day thus far. Murray vs Simpson was just a demolition. Yeh turned over to DeGale
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
Be interesting to see the reception Joshua gets.
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR

Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
So is it Joshua then the main event?
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR

Ya, I think he's clearly quite stiff. Obviously he's one to watch, but he hasn't really jumped out at me yet.columbo wrote:Joshua next. I still think he looks very stiff to me. I know i'l get slaughtered by some for that lol

Not sure the dutchman will be much better to be honest, even though he has a pretty recordFinn wrote:me too. As much as I like Joshua what's the point in watching the fight.Final round wrote:Yeh turned over to DeGale

I like this advert.
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
Im choosing to watch Chunky instead of Joshua
Re: Burns vs Crawford RBR
He looks to me like someone who started the sport late *which we know he did* and fights in a very robotic, very tight, gloves stuck to the head kind of way.crusader wrote:Ya, I think he's clearly quite stiff. I like Degale now. Seems like a decent guy in all honesty and people who have met him in person say he's a nice guy.
