Katsidis LOST after going to war against Marquez and downed him before getting stopped in a great fight, fair play he got completely outboxed by Guerroro who looked awesome and I've not seen him like that since. Lots of people picked Katsidis against Ricky and Martinez was a very good scalp. Ricky blitzed Mitchell a quality domestic win.
Your right, it was AFTER the Marquez fight and a year removed from Katsidis last win of note (which came against Mitchell). When did Katsidis beat a "world class" Lightweight? A shot Chavez in 2009? I loved watching Katsidis but he wasn't genuine world class just an exciting fighter who kept winning "interim" world titles then failing when he stepped up. As shown against Casamayor, Diaz, Marquez and Guerrero.
Mitchell, like you said, was a DOMESTIC win. Not a world class one.
Martinez was at Super Featherweight, where I will suggest Ricky was world class.
He TOOK the babybull to a split and if I remember the Casamayor fight was close up to the kayo, Katsidis was certainly on the fringes of WC but as an entrant to LW it was a good win. Martinez was Burns's finest hour.
Did you see the Diaz fight? The card for Katsidis was horrible.

I didn't see the last fight was it close, is that why they're rematching? I struggle to see Chavez Jr struggling with Vera but I can't see why else they'd rematch so quickly.

To call it a split was hilarious. Diaz won 9 or 10 rounds of that fight. Was hilariously bad scoring. One judge seemed to plant the idea of "fornicating shitty cards" in to the mind of Adelaide Byrd.

It was very close. It seemed like a majority had Vera edging it, though I thought a draw would've been fair.

Basically Vera got robbed but Chavez got given the decision! On top of that JCC was his usual fat ass self in the build up and didnt make the contracted weight. Finally, he tried to box like he was a slickster which was bizarre.

Fair enough. I just can't see how Chavez would struggle with a fighter as limited as Vera. I'm staying up so ill have a look on YT.

True, but knowing the result definitely makes fights less fun to watch.
The way Chavez was hugging his little girl at the presser, fatherhood maybe give him a kick up the arse. Conversly it may make him think wtf am I getting punched in the head when I have family/future.

He probably got her confused with his stash-bag & was trying to squeeze some into his mouth Popeye/spinach-can stylee.
That was the first genuine World Class opponent that Ricky has faced and he was just too good for him. No shame in that. I had it 118-110 and I thought I gave a generous round to Ricky.. Crawford was a little better than I expected.. I think there is a difference in winning a world title and being world class.. I think in a rematch Ricky would get knocked out I think at times Crawford was toying with him.. I think Billy's advice in the corner was spot on but the arguing back and making excuses sometimes tells you it's time to move on..

RBRs by their nature relate to boxing in a live context. Someone asked for the result, I gave it to them.
Too many people get sand in their vaginas over this sort of thing - my approach has always been to get off the net if I am trying to avoid results from boxing contests - especially boxing round by round threads on boxing forums...
That is not correct.
You would reasonably expect that a thread entitled Burns vs Crawford RBR would be about that specific fight and maybe others on the same card, but to be told the result of a fight in another country !
If you are saying that any thread with RBR in the title could include the result of any fight anywhere in the world then that is even more nuts than the "if you don't want to know the result, keep off the internet" brigade.
