Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
The isn't a chance that this show will sell out . Quigg the plastic champion and not the best card suporting it ,
Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
To early to say really. Still plenty of time for the under card to have decent fights added featuring local talent. Will revisit this thread in the week leading up to the show to see how things have went.Rainford massive wrote:The isn't a chance that this show will sell out . Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
Even Hearn knows it won`t sell out it`s the MEN for fucksake and Scott Quigg is the headline act anyone sane knows it will never do 20000 but if it does anywhere near 10000 he will be happy.
Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
Could sell lots of tickets on the back of Joshua. Murray v Crolla will sell a lot.
Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
They'll only open the bottom tier. Crolla v Murray will shift a fair few. Campbell is a ticket seller too only an hour up the road.

Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
Crolla v Murray would be an excellent chief support however I'll believe that fight is on the card when I see it. The bill is what? 6 or 7 weeks away? That's pretty short notice for a fight like that I think.
Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
Scott Quigg - WBA world title fight
John Murray vs Anthony Crolla
Jamie Mcdonnell vs TBA ( apparently Hearn says its a good one)
Luke Campbell - (olympic gold medalist)
Anthony Joshua ( world championship silver medalist)
I'd imagine it will sell about 6,000 tickets

Quigg does excellent tickets. They'll be hoping for 10,000.

Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
Jesus Christ. Moaning about a card that's not been fully confirmed yet. Do some people thrive off negativity?

Depends if u hav heard rumours wats on and wat ay on the card mate
Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
But moaning doesn't get anyone anywhere. I thought the Hull card was pretty poor but I didn't sulk about it, watched it and enjoyed it as much as any card I can remember recently.maley1984 wrote:danamba7 wrote:Jesus Christ. I wouldn't be suprised if Martin Murray ends up making an appearance on this card

People will always hav opinions on cards wen their first realeased or rumours who's on mate. Theirs along time to go b4 the show a lot cud or cudnt happen b4 injuries pull outs. I don't really judge the shows till the weigh-in. Also their ay many shows I don't enjoy cause I love my boxing. But hav heard of one fight that sud b happening on this card can't who tho.

Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
not to me it doesn't, lost 3 times and got the biggest gifts I've ever seen, completely 100% did not deserve to go past the first round, it was corrupt.jessi wrote:Does joshua's olyimpic gold not count anymore ?mainman wrote:Scott Quigg - WBA world title fight

However he was very good at the world champsionships and deserved the silver medal, I think we should just call him a world championship silver medalist.
Re: Eddie Hearn show at Manchester
they know it wont be anywhere near selling out look at the seating plan the upper tier isnt on sale nor one end its set up for around 7-10k at a guess
