Why not? If you are, use Seatwave and Viagogo. Be quick to list and keep checking your mail so that once you have sold you can delete the listing on the other. You're in trouble if you sell twice...

What seats do people reckon offer the best bang for your buck? I'm happy to go up to £300 tix seeing as it's a birthday present for my dad but obviously if some of the cheaper ones might be better value overall, I'm happy to save a few quid.

Avoid anything really high up and the lowest seats in the bowl, because both will give a shit view, if you're willing to pay £300 then get as close as possible, if not, anywhere a decent height in the lower tier should give you a decent view.
