maley's a good man for getting over the news on the Midlands scene :TU:

Cheers mate. Some real good lads about in the midlands that don't get to much exposure so like to get the word out on them.

welter1 wrote:Yeah their was a decent crowd their. Luke paddock sold very well. Yes couple shocks. Kyle fought a guy on debut imo is risky fighting an unknown. He got caught by a wild right hand that put him in trouble and the ref saved him. Luke paddock looked good shame the doc stopped it in the last. Nesbit really went for it from the 2nd round and I had him up oing into the 4th b4 he ko'd a debutant who sold a easy 150+ tickets. Pearce hardy was a belter pearce drove forward hardy took lots clean but boxed at distance and threw a lot more. I had hardy 4 rounds up after at good 10 round contest. Also chris keane won every round and imo if he wanted to cud hav upped it and stopped the kid but settled to get the rounds in and try stuff

I did take too many clean, Pearce has a decent dig too, glad you all enjoyed it. Ryan[/quote]

Well done ryan mate u boxed a clever fight was a great watch. Fair play to your fans who traveled with you. Heard of talk of a rematch straight after in the changing room wat u think I fancy a road trip lol

Was fully willing to consider a rematch, either in Sheffield or Walsall, but the excuses made by pearce since the fight make me think he is less than deserving.

It's true Jon, it was involved in a terrible wagon wheel accident.

Hardy was the better Man No doubt, and thoroughly deserved the win :TU:

Yh, Hardy boxed brilliant off the back foot and thoroughly deserved the win, looked really flashy at times when he got up on his toes.

if you have a chest infection, flu, bad hand etc or have any problems and don't pull out of a fight and you lose then it's no ones fault but your own, makes you seem like a bad loser IMO

Well done Welter1 :TU:

Yh 100% right Jon, very rarely you go into a fight 100% anyway but has your aware we did the same mate, he was only about 10% gods honest truth, massive gamble and it back fired. No ones fault but ours, but we never mentioned the problem or told anyone, even with medical proof, you have to be gratious in defeat mate, we was advised that our fighter should of been in hospital but he wanted to fight, it was a huge oppertunity and big money, so we went ahead, but was gratuitous in defeat and we will right that loss soon has we get the chance, we did the same with another one of our fighters who was only 50% and still pushed a good 10 rounder against a now very high ranked fighter, if he was 100% we would of won cuz he had the kid in all sorts of trouble at times anyway, but again no mention of it, it was our fault for not pulling out, you must accept the defeat and not look for excuses, just learn from them.
