Kevin Lerena fighter and Pistorius friend wants Joshua

So Kevin LErena; an unbeaten Cruiser / Heavy from South Africa who Oscar Pistorius almost shot in the foot and gave evidence in the trial; has been using publicity from the trial to lobby for a fight against Anthony Joshua.

It really is not looking good for Oscar P......volcanic temper, a habit of letting off firearms in public places and people close to him like Lerena and his ex-girlfriend going onto the stand and highlighting how he reached for his gun when he get pissed-off. Right now it sounds like the guy had an unhealthy fixation with guns, a nasty, quick temper and some past form.

Going to be interesting to see what his defence comes-up with; but it had better be good.

Just for the record; Joshua destroys Lerena who ain't even a poor man's Franz Botha.

I agree, but the odd thing is, that in some ways, pistorius' s trigger happiness could also explain his story that he blasted what he th ought were burglars without making adequate checks.

I have almost no doubt that Oscar is guilty.

And: Joshua ko 1 lerena.

However it would actually make good press for a promoter to match him in the UK with a lesser known heavy weight. Say hughie fury? Think of the publicity

Firstly Kevin Lerena needs to decide over whether or not he is a Cruiserweight or Heavyweight before he even entertains thoughts of going in with Anthony Joshua. Secondly if he decides to be a heavyweight he will lose to the Big Man..
