I've just changed my card and now allegedly is saying that they cannot get money out. Told me to go to paywizzard and change my details. I have done and allegedly are STILL saying they cannot get money out (I know there is money in the account).
Everytime I speak to someone they tell me I need to do it all online and with paywizzard - a little bit of human interaction wouldn't go amiss.
Any ideas, I look at paywizzard and it looks like my card.

Hello. Have you spoken to your card issuer? Often this type of problem is down to them rather than the person(s) you are trying to make a purchase from. For example, your new card may have usage restrictions that prevent certain types of payment, you must instruct your issuer to lift these restrictions.stujones wrote:I've just changed my card and now allegedly is saying that they cannot get money out. "there's some guy upset over a payment not going through"
"for fxxks sake, what have I told you ? just say "the cheque's in the post" and then block their number"
Re: allegedly - payment
If you go to your paywizard account you can transfer a tenner in off your card that way there's always a months subscription in there if anything goes wrong with the card.
Re: allegedly - payment
Shocking costumer service, shocking. Its as if they want to lose my money!
Gone through the process with paywizzard again and this time topped up my account - asking if they will let me know if the transaction is okay and I'm just getting this almost automated reply. Reminds me of "computer says no".
Emails not much better - saying "we don't know why the money isn't coming to us" - I bloody do can they just see if they can take the money out!
Palooka - I've done that also now.

Re: allegedly - payment
no worries stu; I have had problems in the past but they've been ok, they respond well to email and are friendly enough.
Re: allegedly - payment
Oh yeah, friendly can't fault them there - just don't seem to be very flexible. All I want them to do is try again and let them know if they got the money.... but they have to wait for the allocated times to try the transaction.palooka wrote:no worries stu; I have had problems in the past but they've been ok, they respond well to email and are friendly enough.
Hopefully with the top up payment in my paywizzard account they should at least get one months suscription before they cut me off.
