ANgulo taking his power like it's nothing, Angulo is barely getting warmed up out of his usual early-round zombie state
Angulo's eye will be shut soon if this keeps up. I think Canelo hurt him in that round. Not going 12 rounds unless Canelo gets tired and slows down. Angulo is just too slow with no defense. Hopefully he does wake up before it is too late.
Angulo is a perfect example of a guy who's been at one weight way too long, should've moved to 160 a few years ago.

I'm hoping Canelo's stamina issue kicks in soon and Angulo gets a chance to hurt him a bit more.

But so far, very good match making by Canelo's team. This is making him look very good.

People forget that Canelo CAN NOT sustain this pace for 12 rounds...after 5 rounds Saul is already looking tired

If Angulo is still around by the 8th or 9th round this could get real interesting

U ever think that Angulo may be holding back a little bit till the second half?

Everybody who's anybody knows Saul gasses out in the last 1/3

Exactly...Angulo is TERRIBLE

Highly over-rated power and possibly the slowest hands in boxing next to Nicholay Valuev

Canelo will never be a long time super-star...he gets hit WAY too much to be taken seriously as "elite"

WTF? He stopped it? Angulo was getting hit like that all night. Stupid to stop it now, imo.

Good stoppage , Angulo just too tough for his own good , he took way too many clean shots to the head .

Even Canelo looked confused when it was stopped.

Good stoppage in my view, because he was getting hit like that all night.

Angulo looks horrible, that was as one sided as any fight I've ever seen with no knockdowns. Good win for Canelo.

Well, maybe now Canelo will fight Lara. Personally I would also like to see him against Andrade.

In this case the Malignaggi-Broner fight should've been stopped too since Paulie hit him with everything.

This is boxing, and Angulo still had a puncher's chance.

That's pretty ridiculously disingenuous, and I think you know that.

It is boxing, not "get hit until you die on the off chance that you might win"

There is a balance between safety and competition. I think that was respected here.

Angulo hardly showed any sign of being hurt or stunned just like Broner didn't, and neither of his eyes were closed in spite of the amount of punches he was hit with, Canelo's power is simply one of the many overrated things about the guy.
