Despite the way he worded it I understood perfectly well what he was asking.
I suppose Groves's approaching Lee and calling him "darling" was mature aswell though. Let's be fair, Groves's loves to dish it aswell as he takes it. Also the constant whispering in the ear and so on.

And that has what to do with Froch's exchange with a journalist asking Froch why his mouthy brother is talking for him?

Should we talk about who was there and what they did then?

Froch made himself look like David Brent, the question posed was pretty transparent in its meaning. There's no need to try to turn this into an argument about whose behaviour was worse. I'm more interested in Carl's response and the way he spoke to a journo, asking a fair question. He was pretty rude, but it was just cringeworthy. I think he realised pretty quickly too.

Yeah but to be fair, shouldnt the journo of asked Carl's brother vs Carl himself? He's not in control of what Lee says. He could tell him to stop it but it doesnt mean he would.

No. Why would he ask Lee Froch anything? Again, no one gives a fornicate what he thinks, let alone an ITV journalist.

Froch's tactics this fight will be interesting, I guess Groves is gonna annoy him enough to be really aggressive so that Carl will be walking on to his fast counters.
Saying that did Froch break his heart a bit because Groves hit him with everything and couldn't get him out of there. perhaps Groves will fancy a more tactical Degale type fight.

Some say it was only a push... It was a reaction! Froch is worried wouldn't be surprised if Froch pulls out.

Lee Froch... What a tool! Live on sky an swears live on tv. Watch the IFL interview that jus sums up what complete twat he is. He is doing Carl no favors!

Thought Groves conducted himself well considering all the bullshite from team Froch. Really hopes Groves gives him another beating finishing with a ko.

Lee Froch just comes across as a cock. Cringeworthy for Carl, if we didn't already know what Carl is like himself.

Groves once again comes out looking the good guy. He obviously levels above the Frochs in the brain dept.

Lee Froch came across as a twat, I have plenty of family members who have the potential to come across the same. Should said family members 'kick off' I also wouldn't silence them in-front of somebody I hated.

As for the ITV journalist. He is talking to somebody whose adrenaline is obviously pumping and he talks to them in a way which is

a - challenging
b - he is having a laugh at Frochs expense and basically trying to be clever.

I don't think either attitude is the right one, in fact in that situation b is worse than a. Obviously most on here are perfect specimens of men who can handle these situations perfectly. I hope so as you're all quick as f*ck to point the finger.

"are you guys security? haha"

Groves is winning more fans all the time. i agree Frochs brother seems a but thick, doing Carl no PR favours.

Hope Groves sparks Carl but i think its gonna be a wide UD

Hm. Bullshit.

Froch is making a fvckwit of himself & his family here are doing the same. All the journo did was not kowtow to it, just like you or I would hopefully react to such a display in the street, if we saw someone who wasn't a big celebrity acting the cock-end.

More to the point, I'd be fvcking mortified if I realised I was being such an arrogant, overbearing, pigshit-thick rude pudendum in public & egging on/being egged on by members of my family, & once the adrenaline settled, I like to think I'm enough of a human being to be thankful that someone pulled me up on acting like that.

His behaviour deserved to be chided, & the journo did a fvcking good job not to just tell him to get the fvck over himself.

But you know. If you think acting like that means that people should just not dare to question it, or that being a celebrity means people should not dare to question it... I don't really want to go for a pint with you.

Haha, ok mate, its rare people would rather be on the side of a journalist.

Question what? Did you watch the video? I can't help but feel you haven't.

The journalist is an adult, so is Lee Froch (well, physically) - if he has a problem with the things Lee is saying then he should tell the man himself, why have a clear dig at Carl instead?

I have watched the video, thanks.

I am not siding with a journalist, I'm siding with not being a pudendum. I find it odd that you wish to side with being a pudendum.

Frochy's twat family is out of order, playing up some bullshit they're strictly not fvcking involved in. When I fought, I loved beating the shite out of someone being cheered in an unpleasant manner from the front row, nothing better than putting someone down whose retard family is screaming for your death & injury.

The journo asked the reasonable, pointed question of Froch because it's obvious he's lost control of this situation, bringing in his family to give it the big one.

It was a telling moment. It was a good question. It showed some bollocks imo to stand up to some cheap, bullshit playground bullying.

The fact that it was a boxer letting the bullying happen don't mean shite. Act like a fuckin' pudendum, deserve to be treated as same, or the very least, have it pointed out to you, no matter who you are.

A lot of people will forgive any bullshite perpetrated by a celebrity or a boxer, way outside the bounds of normal behaviour. I won't.

PS: He didn't ask Lee--& i'm shocked you can't get your head around this--because it's Carl Froch vs George Groves. No-one needs or cares to hear what fvck-features in the pleather has to say. He asked Carl about it, which after all, is the journo's job.

He looks a bit soft really, but what makes me laugh though, is the way he copies all the lines of his brother, even the facial expressions, Groves picked up on it at the stadium, i know they are brothers, but it seems to me likehe spends too much time wanting to be his successful brother.

Where Carl Froch and his brother sound even more imature, is when Carl Froch refuses to look at Groves, then pushes him aggressively to blame Groves for it and accuse him of being childish and Lee Froch in his interview afterwards after all his childish actions, claiming that he himself is a mature man.

Did anyone actually watch the press conference?? Froch getting a lot of stick but actually played it a hell of a lot better than last time. Groves, as usual, was going on and on about the "injustice" which "gifted" Carl the win, talking rubbish about MCracken not being able to take anything positive from the first fight! But Carl when asked said yes it was controversial and he's now looking forward to this fight. Then Groves was going on about it not being medically safe for Froch to get in the ring then a reporter asked Carl for a response and he simply answered that he's not taken his medicals yet but he wants both fighters to come out of the ring safe at the end of the fight, leaving George sitting there thinking I should've said that! Lee Froch comes across badly don't get me wrong but George should be big enough to ignore that and concentrate on the main goal.

Then people like to talk about the push, Carl didn't lose it at all. Check his IFL interview afterwards, he knew what he was doing (not saying he did the right thing), he just wanted Geroge out of his personal space, then after George went red and walked up to Eddie moaning yet again.

I really do respect Groves and think he's got a bright future in the sport. However it's mind boggling to me how he's won so many fans with his moaning and childish remarks, the whole "are you crying Carl" ringside was embarrassing. And it clearly looks like I'm being one-sided towards Carl but this isn't the case, Carl also comes across badly too often, but it does surprise me the level of abuse he gets yet George seems to be gods gift! Being close to Nottingham also I know a fair few that know Carl reasonably well and say he's a really good lad and has a lot of time for his fans, he's also popular in the boxing world with the likes of Haye, Barker, Bellew, Kessler etc and I just don't think George is in the same category as he seems to be very self-centered. Fair play to him if it gets him a successful career though.

OK mate. Froch clearly lost you months ago, I haven't taken how he's been as badly as you. Which then probably skews our perception of events as they happen.

The Froch family haven't covered themselves in glory here. In fact they come across like a right bunch of tw4ts.

Anyone defending their actions needs to get off Carl's nuts. The journo might have been a bit cheeky but what journo isn't these days? But Froch's reaction just summed the guy up in an instant and when he realised the journo was from a respected broadcaster he looked like an even bigger tit.

The fact that they surrounded Groves with animosity and not even Eddie Hearn was willing to pitch in and stop what was a bully-like situation, spoke volume of them lot. Groves made them look stupid and showed them he his not going to be intimidated by their antics.

I would love to see Froch get KO'd now, along with a Mayweather KO loss I don't think there's anything I'd love to see more, just to see the size of the humble pie they'd have to swallow.

It was the same before the last bout; Hearn is bang on Froch and Groves is up against it all - Hearn has little control over what Froch and his brother does though I imagine there'd be more than a smirk offered if one of Groves' mates was out to rile Froch or squaring up to him.
