Coldwell Show - Unleashed - 09/05 - Ice Sheffield

Post by bigB »

What a show this will be;

Chad Gaynor vs Adil Anwar
Dave Fidler vs Lee Noble 2
Rod Smith vs Mark Heffron
Joe Rodgers vs Atif Shafiq
Sam O'Maison vs Jerome Wilson

There is some cracking local derbys there I think the O'Maison vs Wilson fight will be a highlight and also Fidler vs Noble 2 will it be repeat or revenge???

I am deffo at this show 100% :bag:

Looks awesome. I like the look of Smith v Heffron. Mark Heffron hits hard!

I'm noticing that some of Coldwell.TV bills are being picked up on obscure Sky channel (Brit Asia TV or something like that)... at the moment it is all a bit dodgy (only show one fight at a time as the programme lasts 30 minutes). I'm wondering if something bigger might happen in the future.

Depending on who we get in the play offs and the dates, I might make my way over to this one, looks like a cracking bill.

I know Dave was trying to put Maxi Hughes in a British eliminator with Ronnie Clark, but team Clark refused cuz they were waiting on news of a eliminator against Jon Kays, but Now Ronnie Clark's British Eliminator with Kays is off due to kays fighting Sykes for British title, Team Clark have got no excuse to not take rematch on that bill now with Hughes which will be another great addition to the show over 10 rounds.

Wont take the fight with Maxi as they have been called for a final eliminator v Troy James. Dave Coldwell is a very honest man and will give us an input, If Maxi had a final eliminator v Troy James coming up hes not gonna take a 10 round fight with Ronnie Clark in the fight before. common sense and I understand Troy is your boy but Tommy Gilmour wont allow it! simple!

If Maxi wants to fight Ronnie it should be in Scotland. Ronnie has been mandated to fight Troy in a final eliminator. You will need to take that one or Troy will go backwards in the rankings might not be fair but that's the card he's been dealt

So Ronnie didn't take Hughes rematch because he had Eliminator with Kays ?
Kays eliminator falls through & Team Clark still refuse rematch with Hughes because they now have a final eliminator Vs James ?
That will fall through & I guarantee team Clark will still refuse Hughes rematch :OhYes:
Can see a repetitive occurrence here, starting to tarnish that "no one will fight you" tag

Ronnie already fought Hughes in England offer made for Scotland in April.. Why fight May 9th in a nothing fight when he is "mandated" to fight in a final eliminator.. Is there anyone else you can ask Ronnie to fight first??

Maxi beats both Ronnie & Troy, there's a reason he is the only one without an opponent for this show... & it's cos nobody want to know.

Maxi can't take the skin off rice pudding, who's gonna be scared or not want to fight him ? Be serious mate, were above him in the ranking, fought better opposition & 2X area champion at S/F, he cant even make S/F properly, I've already told Dave Coldwell that Troy will fight him if it's worth while, and not day before weigh in like they want cuz it kills him to make S/F unless it's for a title ;;-) I see Troy knocking him flat out mate

I've sparred maxi loads of times, he's not a out and out banger put he hits solid, very good fighter IMO, if he can do SF safe and be strong at it he will be a handful for anybody, it's a good division at the moment, some good fights to be made

Maxi had a massive size advantage over Ronnie in the last fight and in all honesty he lost. Cutting that 6-7lbs to fight Ronnie at his natural weight would not end well for Maxi and I really like Maxi so it's nothing against him. It's just Ronnie is better than him. From what I've seen of Troy James. Maxi would win every round big points win styles make fights
