Nonito Donaire would like a shot at either the WTF or IBO Titles, if you please.
You've got the shot bro, sign it up.
:salut:

Panama Al Brown will be a real handful this season, make no mistake. Noni will enjoy testing himself.

The office of the Commish would politely remind you that there is nothing to stop you from calling out viable contenders... Regardless of how many challengers call you out, you will always have the final say on what your fighter will take. As such the resonsiblity to find a fight is yours alone - it comes along with the belt as any of the experienced Managers on here would tell you.

It is well documented on every Matchup page that:
CPU OPPOSITION IS DISCOURAGED AND FROWNED UPON.

On this occasion you will be given the benefit of the doubt and this fight will go ahead this week for your IBO Title. However, now that you have been notified directly, we expect that this occurance will not happen again.

Furthermore, you will not be "getting off lightly" as it were. It has not escaped our attention that you failed to defend your title last week because you did not fight an elligible contender.

As such, you will have to defend your IBO Title next week against the first elligible challenger who calls you out. This is not an option, we are clamping down on this sort've backsliding - being a Champion means maintaining the integrity of the belt, your stable and the Sim.... And this can only be done by respecting the rules that were put in place to offer opportunities for everyone regardless of their rank.

This has been a ruling from the Office of the Commish.
My utmost apologies for the 'Moore/Fenech' bout, as I was dealing with personal family issues. So I was away and unable to make a selection for that particular week. However, touche, for matching Moore up in a hard match (which ended in a draw). As for selecting Lionel Rose for this week--- all I did was look at the top 15-40, and randomly picked someone off the list. I didnt't check and see if it was an active fighter chosen by someone--- which brings me to a point, how does a CPU fighter who is not controlled by anyone become a top ten, twenty, thirty, forty anything? However--- I dont find myself at fault on this, maybe there needs to be some changes made to the rankings system where CPU opponents cant make the top forty list what so ever. So my decision stays, with defending against Rose, however next time I will give advance warning when I leave for a week and will next time look at the ratings system a bit more carefully. Jesus bless.

I suspected something may have been up....which is why I instructed Fenech to go easy on your guy. It's all good HH.

Not understanding why two names appear on the WBC championship belt.Th

However Fenech is happy to assume all responsibilities for the WBC championship by clobbering the holy effing bejabbers out of Carruthers.

The SIM needs a champion that is free from any hint of cowardice, reluctance, reticence, or apathy.

It's Time for the Fenech Era.

I like the fact that CPU opponents get ranked just like the rest of them. Sometimes they outperform the rest of them, and it gives you a solid fighter to go up against as a Manager if you want some stiff competition, but none of the Managers accept your challenges.

I will match up Barry with someone along the lines of George Foreman this evening. He needs to knock some bigger guys around the ring for practice.

Jimmy Barry will face off against George Bowes.

Who is every bit as good as 3k Battery

He is the son of George Foreman and Riddick Bowe's sisters.
