I'd like to see this kind of fight. I think Bellew should be testing the waters against the likes of Dickinson, Askin and co before going after Huck.

Yes, realistic fight for Tony. Getting bombed out at World class at the weight (way) below doesn't mean you're World class.

It's a fight that will never happen. Nothing at all for Bellew to gain from a fight like this. Almost like a Paul Smith versus Rocky Fielding type of matchup. But I think Dickinson is on a level with the likes of Bellew and it's a shame he's not been able to really get his name out there to the casual fan. Maybe he'll get picked up by Warren and be able to ride of the coattails of Bradley Saunders in Newcastle like Tommy Coyle is doing in Hull with Luke Campbell.

I like Dickinson he's really turned it around since those 2 defeats he suffered.

Would be good to see how Bellew fares against the domestic cruisers. But doubt it happens. JLD-Conquest maybe?

They've already fought once before...obviously as amateurs a while back now. I believe that at cruiser, if he connects, it's good evening...

That was the best I've seen Dickinson; he looked really good. He'd be hard to beat at British and Euro level, Tony Bellew would have his work cut out.

Dickinson should fight the winner of Conquest-Dilks next, then look at moving onto European level, he's proved himself the best in the country now.

I would like to see fights between Dickinson, Askins, Simmons, Price, Bellew and Cleverly.

The winner of that lot can then genuinely move on to bigger title opportunities.

Nail on the head. JLD may not be mega quick or mega explosive but has solid fundamentals a sound chin and I think firmly in the 'hard to beat' category. May lack pop at the highest level but I can see him winning a European title definitely

Wouldn't suprise me if jld outboxed him on pts or if bellew pancaked him again. Bellew not being drained brings explosive power & excitement

I'm surprised billy that you'd pick your own man to win a fight.............

JLD deserves to go after other titles now. He's proven himself domestically now. Let Simmons fight for the vacant title when Dickinson vacates

JLD done well last night against a slow opponent who granted can punch hard but putting John in with Bellew or the likes he will be exposed, there pace, speed of punch and strength of punch would be to much IMO
Delighted he won the belt for himself

I think Bellew wipes the floor with JLD but I think it should be made to gauge where both fighters are at.
